A human of the Pegasus Galaxy, whom Teyla Emmagan and Jennifer Keller found gravely injured in the woods of New Athos. The duplicitous Nabel eventually revealed himself to be a Wraith worshiper, who had infiltrated the Athosian population as a spy only to sell them out to the Wraith. The Athosians were culled by the hybrid Michael.
Dr. Keller saved the man's life from a stab wound to his abdomen, likely inflicted by the Bola Kai warriors hunting them in the forest. At first Nabel claimed to be a spy for the Genii, and that the Bola Kai were Wraith worshipers who had found Teyla's people and handed them over to the enemy. But when he later pulled a weapon on them, Teyla and Jennifer realized that he was not a Genii but the true Wraith worshiper.
Nabel's final fate is unknown. He likely escaped New Athos through the Stargate, though he may have succumbed to his wounds.
